If you are looking for a rental property then we will help you find a home that is right for you. We care about our tenants and their needs. A poorly maintained home can be uncomfortable and unhealthy to live in therefore we will promote and support maintenance from time to time. We will be honest and open in communication and provide you with all the necessary information. You will be notified in advance before all inspections.
As tenants you will be responsible to pay rent on time and keep your home tidy,ensuring that no part of the home is permanently damaged in order to secure your bond. If you have any repair requests, then let us know as soon as possible.
Tenancy process:
- Fill out a tenancy application form and provide reference contacts.
- We will review your application, conduct any background checks if required and advise you of the outcome.
- The tenancy agreement will then have to be signed.
- Automatic payment for rent and a direct debit should be set up for water rates.
- You will provide an initial payment of 1 week rent, 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent + GST as the letting fee.
- After moving into your new home, we will carry out an initial inspection.
- Every 3 months we will carry out property inspections and advise you of this beforehand.
- Repairs and maintenance will be done as required. On agreement, both you and the landlord will be advised as to what you are liable for.
- In order to terminate a tenancy, you will provide a 4 weeks’ notice, receive Termination acceptance and checklist.
- We will conduct a final inspection on the last day and collect the keys.
- We will return your bond based on the inspection.
