Huuuge mistake
I loved playing this game, so much that I spent Thousands of dollars purchasing chips and promotions. However, after one of their new games released, I I hit a free spin bonus for 10 games and racked up over 6Billion in chips. At the end of the spins when they pay you your winnings, I did NOT receive a single credit. I also noticed this occasionally on other games but they were no big deal and not anything near 6Billion. I contacted support, several hours later they asked WHEN this happened, I told them approximately when to the best of my knowledge and they came back saying they checked the logs and saw no discrep! They also said “often times people think they’re not receiving their winnings but actually are lol. I’ve spun these reals over 1.1 million times during my 5 months playing, I think I’m well aware of how their platform works. They did nothing and said goodbye after I told them I wouldn’t spend another dollar. Perception is reality. Is there a chance I missed it? Unlikely but possible. And it seems very odd after many hours playing that other players “in play” have said the same exact thing as it happened. Others also agreed that its happened to them before. They need to figure this issue out because not All of us are wrong OR lying. Huuuge disappointment. One last comment, keep an eye out for their best deal, they’ll try and sell you lesser deals for more money if you’re in the “buy more chips’ area. There are much better deals under the NEWS tab.

This game is nothing but a Huuuge ripoff
Don’t bother installing this game. The company has horrible customer service, when you report a problem they give you a rude response and don’t solve the problem. You will not win near often as many other slot games out there win. If you want to buy chips you’re going to pay extremely huge amount of money to get them. And every time they do an update the game just gets worse and worse. Save yourself the time and install another slot game this one has gone totally in the trash.
And you see the kind of response you get from support when you tell it like it is. I wonder if they’re playing their own game or doing any kind of testing to find out why they’re getting all these complaints from their customers. I know how to chat with my league/club members I’m a co-leader and have been playing for a very long time. Your response doesn’t fix the problem. Believe me I’ve contacted customer support and I get rude responses with no resolution. I don’t know what industry standard you’re referring to but your algorithms are definitely not on par with other slot games. And it gets worse with every maintenance update. Go out and read all the complaints on your FB page. That many complaints can’t be an indication that all is well with your app. And what of your outrageous pricing? I can definitely say, yes the game is addicting, especially if you like to gamble. What makes me angry is that a few months back they changed everything up. When you go into a slot, it starts your bet out with double what it was and if you spin and play at that increase, you will not win no matter how hot the slot is. It was at 100x your balance like if you had only $1,000,000, it would put you at $10,000 a spin. In order to win you have to go to at least 200x below balance if not more in order to win. They have done so much to make the player lose and on top of it all, the new games have the crappiest graphics now. I would think since they have gotten so big, they would have better graphics. I’ve lost team members left and right due to all the changes. I use to enjoy the game and would spend at least $50 a week on chips. I’ve even seen commercials for this app on large networks. The bottom line is, they obviously hit a home run when they created this app and we’re making money off of it. If it works, don’t fix it! Last comment.. when a customer contacts you for a discrepancy, why don’t you offer them free chips for the mistake? Businesses do this all the time. It’s not real money and you would make the customer happy so they will continue to play and spend their money.
